Recommended Use:

Daily Ritual: Your morning ritual starts the night before! Steep your tea overnight & in the morning strain it. Sip throughout the day. For best results, drink 2-4 cups. Weekly Wellness: Make your infusion 2x a week. Your tea will last up to 48+ hours if refrigerated. Drink 1-2 cups of your infusions until you drink it all! Mindful Moments: Enjoy a full-strength herbal infusion on those days you are feeling particularly stressed, depleted, need a nutrition boost, or if you feel like your body needs some extra support. Pre-Bedtime Relaxation: Wind down in the evening with a cup of our infusion, preparing your body and mind for restful sleep and rejuvenation. For this, you can enjoy 1-2 tsp in hot water + let steep 5-10 minutes.

  1. Bring a few cups of water to a rolling boil in a sauce pan.
  2. Turn o heat + steep herb bag for 15-30 minutes with a lid on.
  3.  Add warm water to a pot or bin large enough to comfortably rest your feet in.
  4. Pour steeped herb water + herb bag to your bath soak container.
  5. Check temperature before putting your hands or feet in & ENJOY!
