Hello! I’m Sabrina, the founder of esoTERRA’s Holistic Herboristerie 🙂
esoTERRA was inspired by my personal wellness journey, guided by an inner drive to bring more joy, healthy habits, energy, & meaning into my own life. This journey included formal study of holistic wellness techniques including western herbalism, holistic nutrition, integrative wellness coaching, reiki, & even cannabis consulting.
Throughout my studies, I realized a crucial aspect of wellness is the ability to seamlessly integrate new practices into our busy lives. This realization ignited my passion for bringing the values of herbalism into the daily life, food, drink, & habits of the clients I worked with as well as myself. Driven by this ethos, I began
crafting natural, plant-based herbal products designed to elevate wellness routines. These are products I personally wanted in my life—ones that truly worked for me as well as my loved ones.
I embrace the belief that understanding the wisdom of plants and their symbiotic relationship with our bodies is a fundamental human right.
